By the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 23, 2026 No. 268-NQ 'On Amending and Supplementing the Order of the Acting Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2021 No. 433-NQ', amendments and additions were made to the Rules for Conformity Assessment.
The amendments are aimed at increasing the transparency of conformity assessment, optimizing the product identification process, and clarifying the procedure for reissuing conformity assessment documents.
The draft provides simultaneously for simplification of procedures for businesses and increased accountability of testing laboratories for issuing conformity assessment documents.
For businesses, this means shorter timeframes and reduced costs, the possibility of remote identification, and repeated use of the act during its validity period.
For citizens and the state, it means increased reliability of testing, traceability of conformity assessment documents, and ensuring vehicle safety.
