4. What to include in an enquiry
- To report an error: the page address, a description of the inaccuracy and a link to a supporting source where available.
- To request publication of official information: the name of the body or organisation, the text or file of the statement, the preferred publication date and a contact person for clarifications.
- For personal data requests: information allowing the applicant to be identified and the substance of the request.
- To request use of content: the title of the item, the manner and purposes of use; the procedure is set out in the reuse of materials rules.
5. Reuse of materials and advertising
