Advertising

1. General provisions

1. These rules set out how advertising, partner and sponsored content is published on the “News Portal” Site.
2. Advertising is published in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Advertising” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Advertising content does not influence editorial selection, the preparation of news or its substance. The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of advertising claims.

2. Labelling of advertising content

1. Commercial content is labelled “Advertisement” or “Partner material”. Content produced to order for third parties is not published in a form indistinguishable from editorial content.
2. Content provided by partners is published with the source of the material indicated.
3. Sponsored items and sections are labelled with the sponsor's name.

3. How to book placement

1. Requests to place advertising and partner content should be sent to info@example.com or by phone at +7 (000) 000-00-00.
2. A request should state the format and length of the item, the placement dates, links and graphic material, and details of the advertiser.
3. The editorial team reviews the request and responds about the possibility and terms of placement within 5 business days.
4. The Site owner may decline placement without giving reasons where the material does not comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Site's rules or editorial standards.

4. Prohibited content

1. Content may not be placed if it contains:
   • information whose dissemination is prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
   • incitement to violence, or social, national, religious or other hatred;
   • false information about goods, works and services that misleads consumers;
   • advertising of goods and services prohibited from circulation;
   • third parties' personal data without their consent.
2. Content that does not meet the requirements of this section is not accepted; where a breach is identified after publication, the item is withdrawn.

5. Official statements and socially significant information

1. Official statements of state bodies are published free of charge and are not regarded as advertising.
2. Information about socially significant events, and reports on the work of public authorities, are published in the Site's editorial sections.

6. Payment terms and liability

1. The terms and price of placement are determined by an agreement between the Site owner and the advertiser. Payment arrangements are set by that agreement and by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the material provided and for compliance with third parties' rights in the intellectual property it uses.
3. The Site owner is not liable for the consequences of consumers using goods, works and services advertised by third parties.
