A new digital service, “Credit and Insurance History Guide”, is now available to entrepreneurs in the eGov Business mobile app. The service enables business users to obtain credit and insurance reports online from State Credit Bureau JSC, monitor credit obligations and access a legal entity’s insurance history digitally, without having to visit an office or complete paperwork in person. All the features are available free-of-charge.
Users can access three types of reports from State Credit Bureau JSC:
- “Summary Credit Report” provides key information on current credit obligations and any overdue debt;
- “Credit Report” provides detailed information on a legal entity’s credit history over the past five years, including current and settled credit obligations, agreements entered into and payment performance;
- “Insurance Report” contains information on a legal entity’s current and previously concluded insurance contracts and policies.
The service is available to the chief executives of legal entities and to employees registered in the "Treasury" information system, provided they hold the relevant digital signature.
“The launch of this new service in eGov Business will give businesses prompt access to information on their current credit obligations and insurance history. It makes managing a legal entity’s financial profile easier and helps entrepreneurs make informed business decisions. Alongside digital services for citizens, we continue to develop tools for businesses, making public and other widely used services even more accessible online. Since the beginning of this year, more than 124.000 users have registered in the updated eGov Business app, with around 46.000 entrepreneurs using it regularly each month”, said Shynggys Orazalimov, Chairman of the Management Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

“Credit and insurance history is an important part of every company’s financial profile. Businesses need quick and easy access to this data to view their current obligations, monitor payment performance, verify the accuracy of the information and take it into account when making financial decisions. By launching the service in eGov Business, we are expanding access to State Credit Bureau data and providing entrepreneurs with a convenient tool to monitor their own records. This is part of our ongoing efforts to develop digital services in Kazakhstan that make financial information clearer and more accessible”, said Linara Anuarbekova, Chairwoman of the Management Board of State Credit Bureau JSC.
The Credit and Insurance History Guide was first launched for individuals in the eGov Mobile app in 2024. It has been in high demand among citizens ever since.
According to State Credit Bureau JSC, before the service was launched in eGov Mobile in 2024, an average of around 96.000 requests were recorded each month. Following its introduction in the app, that figure rose substantially: in 2026, the monthly average exceeded 3.8 million requests.
The number of requests therefore increased almost fortyfold, demonstrating strong demand for the service and showing how much easier it has become to access credit and insurance history information digitally.
The same functionality is now available to businesses. With the service integrated into eGov Business, entrepreneurs can obtain the information they need online in a convenient format, without visiting an organisation in person. Developing digital solutions of this kind makes widely used financial tools more accessible and supports the further digitalization of interactions between government and business.
The updates were implemented through the joint efforts of the Public Services Committee under the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC, and State Credit Bureau JSC.
