In the period from October 27 to October 29, 2026, the Educational and Methodological Center, together with the Specialized Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a remote seminar on "Transfer pricing" through the ZOOM platform.
The purpose of the event is to enhance the professional competencies of employees of state revenue authorities in the field of transfer pricing, to study the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methods for determining market prices and the procedure for monitoring international business transactions in order to ensure compliance with the "arm's length" principle and prevent tax evasion.
The seminar was attended by employees of the territorial state revenue authorities.
The lecturer was: Abduokhapov Nauryzbek Olzhasuly, Chief Expert of the Department of Transfer Pricing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The participants of the seminar asked questions to the lecturer, to which comprehensive answers were given.
At the end of the seminar, 113 participants received electronic certificates of successful professional development.
