What should I do if I receive a refusal on my termination application?

If the tax application for termination of activity has received the status "Not accepted", the reason for the refusal can be found in the "Documents" section of the CNP ISNA.

Check the reason for the refusal and fix the specified violations. After eliminating the reasons that served as the basis for the refusal, the taxpayer may reapply for termination of activities in accordance with the general procedure.

Important: the application for termination of activity is accepted through the new KNP ISNA.
