Entrepreneurs from the Kyzylorda region met with representatives of major Korean companies

A Kazakh-Korean round table was held as part of the visit of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the Republic of Korea.
The event was attended by business groups, leading companies, and representatives of the business communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea.
During the meeting, views were exchanged on the joint implementation of investment projects, expansion of trade and economic ties, launching new production facilities, and strengthening entrepreneurial connections.
Sergey Kim, Director of "Agrohimservice-S" LLP, which operates in the agricultural sector in Zhalagash district, participated in this important event.
"Agrohimservice-S" LLP has been implementing a number of projects to increase its production capacity. In 2020, the enterprise launched a mineral fertilizer production plant using its own funds. The annual capacity is designed to produce 30 thousand tons of products, within the framework of which 11 new jobs were created.
Credit funds in the amount of 750 million tenge were attracted for financing through the "Orleu" program. Design and estimate documentation has been developed and a positive expert opinion has been obtained. Permission to start construction has been granted, and a 3-hectare land plot has been provided as state support. Currently, more than 90 percent of the construction work has been completed. The necessary equipment has been delivered from China and is being installed. After full commissioning, an additional 5 new jobs will be created.
