On July 16 of this year, the Department of Internal State Audit for the North Kazakhstan Region held a seminar in the district center of Akkayyn District to explain and apply the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" dated July 1, 2024, No. 106-VIII ZRK. The speaker was Alexander Yeremeyev, Head of the Desk Control Division of the Department.
During the seminar, issues of practical application of legislative norms in the use of budget funds, conducting public procurement, and administrative practice were discussed.
The seminar was attended by accountants, public procurement specialists, budget program administrators, and akims of rural districts of Akkayyn District.
