In accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules for organizing and conducting the tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for peasant or farm enterprise operations and agricultural production, the Akimat of Karabalyk District is holding a tender for granting such rights. The tender will take place on November 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the following address: Kostanay Region, Karabalyk District, Karabalyk settlement, 31 Kosmonavtov Street (Karabalyk District Akimat building).
Applications for participation in the tender will be accepted and registered over a period of fifteen working days, from November 2, 2026, to November 20, 2026 (acceptance hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM), at the State Institution "Land Relations Department of the Karabalyk District Akimat," located at: Kostanay Region, Karabalyk District, Karabalyk settlement, 16 Kosmonavtov Street. Applications may be submitted in hard copy (in person or by mail) or via the "electronic government" web portal—in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Informatization"—prior to the submission deadline.
Applications submitted via the "electronic government" web portal are transmitted to the local executive bodies of districts and cities of regional significance through the electronic document management system. Tender proposals for participation in the competition must be submitted in person to the local executive bodies of districts or cities of regional significance within the period starting from the commencement of application acceptance and ending on the deadline; the application is subsequently registered in the electronic document management system.
Please be advised that on August 26, 2025, amendments were made to the Rules for Organizing and Conducting the Competition for Granting the Right to Temporary Paid Land Use (Lease) for Peasant or Farm Enterprises and Agricultural Production. The amended Rules are available on the "Adilet" portal, the information and legal system for the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
