On August 20, 2026, the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry, together with the Legal Department, conducted a seminar on "Compliance with Ethical Standards and Anti-Corruption Prevention."
During the seminar, the key requirements for the conduct of civil servants in official relations, issues of respectful treatment of colleagues, and compliance with professional ethics standards were reviewed. Special attention was paid to the role of the manager in creating safe working conditions and a favorable moral and psychological atmosphere.
Issues of compliance with standards of conduct for civil servants outside of working hours were also discussed, along with the main aspects of promoting the principles of law and order both at work and outside of work.
As part of the seminar, emphasis was placed on compliance with restrictions and prohibitions in the activities of civil servants. This included consideration of issues related to preventing conflicts of interest, ethical interaction with business representatives, and fostering an anti-corruption culture.
In addition, issues of compliance with labor discipline, the established working hours regime, the prohibition of smoking in the building and at workplaces, and the careful treatment of state property were addressed.
In conclusion, it was noted that compliance with legislation and professional ethics standards is an important condition for strengthening citizens' trust in government bodies.
